Greetings. I am one of the 2 scientist who appeared on the ABC News Special concerning addiction. I thought you might like to see a copy of the letter I sent to ABC News. It's now managed to appear on the Internet. Clearly you and I are on the opposite sides of this discussion. Nonetheless, I think it's wonderful that we're at least speaking publically about these issues and trying to help those who are suffering.

Regardless of our personal positions, I'm confident we share common goals when it comes to helping others.
